2) Our corporate clients are a mix of national and foreign companies operating in the area on short-term contracts which usually last between 2-5 months. This time frame is too short for a traditional lease but too long for hotel lodging. This works out to be very costly and very restrictive for our clients, so we host them at our apartments.

We are interested in all types of properties, preferably 1-5 bedroom houses/apartments with parking, balconies or gardens. We are geared towards newer builds with concierges however the property does not have to be in good decorative condition as we may agree to renovate it to meet our requirements.
